The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Amendments to Article 255 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements" (re Activity of the Service of Registrars)

The Law introduces amendments to Article 255 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements, authorizing the registrars to conclude the protocols on administrative infringements envisaged by Article 185-3 of the said Code. Currently, only the secretary of the judicial sitting and the secretary of court have the said authorities.

A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No.2183.
